At Cozeo, we want every piece in your home to bring joy. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of receipt.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Any tags or protective materials should be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

  • How to Request a Refund

    1. Fill out the contact form with your contact information along with the reason for return and order number.

    2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item safely.

    3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.
